As a Registered Massage Therapist I help clients reduce their stress and anxiety, among other ailments.

Lymphatic Drainage

Or MLD, is a gentle approach that focuses on the top layers of tissues for the enhancement of lymphatic circulation. At its most basic, MLD can help to improve metabolism, regenerate body tissue, normalize organ function, and boost the immune system. It may be performed as part of a traditional massage or used as its own full treatment.

Used in conjunction with massage therapy, MLD is likely to benefit clients in general good health. A full lymphatic drainage treatment can be especially effective for clients experiencing lymph and immune system conditions, such as lymphedema, lymphoma and lupus.

RELAXATION MASSAGE

Relaxation Massage 

Helps de-stress and loosen up your body and is great for those who have had a hard working week or feel like treating themselves to some TLC. The treatment consists of flowing strokes, kneading and gentle manipulations of the muscles performed at your chosen pressure.
