Please contact Sam directly by text at 0211381127 to cancel your appointment as soon as possible, we may be able to fill the appointment reducing your cancellation fees.

 

The total amount of the services scheduled will be charged in full for clients who fail to cancel their reservation within a 24-hour time period. We understand that there are exceptions to this policy in times of emergency, so the final decision will be up to Sambur's management.

 

If you are booking your massage within 24 hours of the actual appointment, there is no cancellation and you will be charged full price for the appointment.

 

All cancellation fees will be collected prior to the next scheduled appointment.

Late Arrival 

 

If you arrive at your appointment after your scheduled time, please note the time will be deducted from your massage session for that day. For instance, if you have an hour scheduled and you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged the full session hour with a 45-minute massage. This is to ensure that clients scheduled after you are kept at their scheduled appointment time.
