MSM is short for a mineral is called Methylsulfonylmethane. Just as essential as Magnesium but not as well known. It originates from the microscopic plankton in the ocean and evaporates into the air, eventually coming down in rain on our soils. Unfortunately, like Magnesium, our soils are now deficient.
